Our policy is simple: we don't collect any data that we don't need. This is because we believe that privacy is a right of everyone — and that we shouldn't collect data that shouldn't be collected.
Apple provides us with basic, anonymized usage data from AxNote that is aggregated and cannot be traced to you, the user. Some examples of data we receive are the number of first-time downloads of our app in a particular country or geographical region, overall download trends over a set period of time, etc. If you opt-in to sharing crash data as well as statistics about how you use our app by enabling the "Share with App Developers" analytics option in Settings, we receive this data in a similar, aggregated fashion. We use this information to identify bugs and ways to make our features better. Please note that if you opt-in to sharing this data, you will also share similar analytics data with other third-party app developers of apps on your device.
If you have any questions about our policy, please don't hesitate to email [email protected].
